We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator for IT Department in Exeed Industries, ICAD 2, Mussfah, Abu Dhabi.

An Administrative Coordinator expects to perform daily administrative task in IT Department, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ordering supplies, and collaborating with other department etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provided administrative support to ensure efficient operation of IT Department.
  • Prepare Purchase Requests as per requirements in Epicor
  • Update Model Master for Department with latest available IT Material Models
  • Create New material codes for items in IT
  • Prepare Specification Master list for IT Purchases
  • Update list of consumable, spare parts, and assets stock list. Manage physical issue of consumables against request through register and place stock request based on stock balance.
  • Manage documentation for transfer of assets (back to store or between employees)
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

2) Position: Treasury Specialist | Location: Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist for our group to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will be primarily responsible for assessing, monitoring, and planning the Treasury department

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and management of the treasury function
  • Prepare project financing cashflow and funding requirements
  • Monitor and assess liquidity position and cashflows
  • Assess bank exposure and debt covenants
  • Handle all bank requirements for facility renewal/update/utilization
  • Preparation of LGs, LCs, TRs, Discounting PPCs, & PDCs.
  • Preparation & update of bank accounts, KYC, and authorized signatories
  • Preparation of customer credit evaluation and default notices
  • Preparation of financial forecast and cashflows
  • Preparation and presenting regular treasury reports and budgets.
  • Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flows
  • Managing insurance renewal and issuance of Claims

3) Position: HSE Officer | Location: Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a HSE Officer with certified Appointed Person (Lifting Operation) Passer  for Exeed Industries for a Precast manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi. The candidate is responsible for assisting HSE Manager in implementing, monitoring & maintaining Legal / Technical Health & Safety Policies & Procedures. Help in improving Health, Safety & Environment standards through knowledge and skills in respect to the modern approaches to process safety and environmental risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of a “Safe System of Work” in the areas wherever applicable.
  • To conduct periodical checks on all equipment related to safety such as; fire extinguishers, fire buckets, fire pumps, hose reels, personal safety measures of employees, all electrical equipment, cranes, lifts, and machines available on site etc.
  • Identification of external and internal potential hazard sources and suggest suitable corrective measures to the management.
  • Considering the factors and environment in construction sites, plan the advanced safety strategies and implement the same with the approval of the management.
  • Correct Crane set up’ Experienced in selecting the most productive and efficient crane configuration ensuring loads are within the Safe Working Load of the machine
  • Experienced in setting up a Safe System of Work for Tower cranes, Crawler cranes and visiting Mobile cranes.
  • Being familiar with the relevant parts of the project Health and Safety Plan where lifting operations are to be carried out on a site where CDM regulations apply.
  • Able to assess the lifting operations to provide such planning, selection of cranes, lifting accessories and equipment, instruction, and supervision as is necessary for the task to be undertaken safely.
  • Ensure that adequate inspection / examination and maintenance of the equipment have been carried out prior to its use.
  • Establish an effective procedure for reporting defects and incidents and taking necessary corrective action.
  • Good leadership qualities and communication skills at all levels
  • Confident and professional in all duties undertaken.
  • Ability to produce intricate lift plans, lift specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and drawings

4) Position: Sr. Business Development Executive | Location: Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for Business Development Executives for an AAC blocks and dry mortar manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi and the candidate responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities, developing customized target sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  •  Project track opportunities in line with the agreed criteria for the area of responsibility.
  • Provide quotations within price list parameters.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposal

5) Position: First Aider / Industrial Nurse | Location: Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a First Aider / Industrial Nurse for an Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi, UAE, to provide professional nursing care and first aid to employees, Respond promptly to an incident/accident when requested, to act at all times in a manner to respect the interest and dignity of all patients and to protect their confidential information and report incidents and actions taken on an appropriate incident/accident form and ensuring that the relevant sections are distributed appropriately.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incident and ensure the continuing safety of themselves, bystanders and the casualty
  • Assess any casualties and discover the nature and cause of their injuries or illnesses
  • Arrange for further medical help or other emergency services to attend. Usually by making an emergency phone call to 999 (Police) or 998 (Paramedics).
  • If trained, priorities casualty treatment based upon medical need
  • Provide appropriate first aid treatment that they have been trained to do, and that is reasonable in the circumstances
  • Provide a handover when further medical help arrives
  • Prepare documentation as required following the incident
  • Be aware of the location of your nearest first aid box, its contents, and the ensuring that the contents are replenished when necessary.
  • Assess the situation quickly and calmly
  • Perform physical examination, make authorization decision based on nursing diagnostic in low care area
  • Forward employees who required follow-up according to established procedures set by Management
  • Administration of medications or treatment upon medical prescription or acceptable medical procedures

6) Position: Structural Engineer | Location: Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Structural Engineer for an Exeed Industries, Abu Dhabi, UAE, provide structural details and calculations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the study of project drawings specific to the contracts and provide structural details/calculation required.
  • Carry out structural analysis with computer aided programs, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, PROKON, CONCISE, and AutoCAD.
  • Supervise detailers assigned to project ensuring quality drawings that are consistent with customer standards done on schedule and within budget
  • In depth understanding of precast connection details, production and products, able to review and understand contract drawings and specifications.
  • Perform design for precast/prestressed concrete structures which includes lateral analysis, connection & product design.
  • Prepare initial rough product engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
  • Responsible for RC, steelwork, and load-bearing masonry/precast concrete
  • Familiar with BS, ACI, ASTM, AISC, PCI, CPCI, UBC and other international relevant codes for structural design of reinforced concrete and steel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable Institution
  • Proven work experience as Structural Engineer
  • 4-6 years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Architect Design ideally in Precast Manufacturing industry

 

7) Position: Local Purchase Officer | Location: Exeed Electronics, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

We are looking for a Local Purchase Officer for an Exeed Electronics Manufacturing plant in Jordan and the candidate is responsible for Planning and coordinate all procurement activities to ensure the supply of products and services in a timely and cost-effective manner and the candidate review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Ultimately, the Local Purchase Officer create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential vendors
  • Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Officer for an Exeed Electronics Manufacturing plant in Jordan and the candidate is responsible for sourcing candidate through various channels, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in Exeed Electronics and oversee our full -cycle recruiting.

Talent Acquisition Officer is also perform planning interview, conducting functional / technical test, selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events etc. To be successful this role, TA Officer should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, TA Officer creates strong talent pipelines for EE Jordan’s current and future hiring needs.

      Profile Summary:

We are looking for an operation manager for an AAC blocks and dry mortar  manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi and the candidate responsible for managing people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy, effectively and profitably in line with the business strategy and vision.

      Major Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Manage overall responsibility of the business and P/L
  • Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant
  • Manage operation budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality
  • Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase production output at minimal cost
  • Oversee the long-term planning and initiatives geared towards enhanced operations
  • Prepare and submit to higher management regular reports of plant operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials
