We are proud to announce that ENGC has been appointed as the Main Contractor for Phases 6 and 7 of Bloom Living, one of Abu Dhabi’s most ambitious residential community developments, located in Zayed City, just moments from Zayed International Airport.
Bloom Living is a fully integrated, all‑inclusive master‑planned community inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture.
As Main Contractor, ENGC is responsible for the full construction works for Phases 6 and 7, ensuring delivery in line with the developer’s vision, quality standards, and project timelines. These phases form an integral part of the wider Bloom Living masterplan, contributing to the creation of a connected and sustainable residential environment.
The homes within these phases comprise 304 townhouses and 120 villas, each designed with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces that balance architectural elegance with practical, everyday comfort. ENGC’s role in delivering these residences reflects its proven expertise in executing large‑scale residential and mixed‑use developments across the UAE, in line with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
